Rebecca Driver, CEO & Founder

I founded RDMR in 2010 after working in classical music PR at Dvora Lewis PR, as Publicist at the BBC Proms & later BBC Radio 3, and Head of Press at English National Opera.

I started with a small number of clients and have grown the business to a point where we now have up to 20 and are a team of five. As Director, I lead on a handful of clients and oversee the running of the business, from driving new work to paying the bills!  I couldn’t possibly deliver it all on my own and I’m extremely proud of the reputation of the RDMR team.

I studied music at Royal Holloway, University of London and I am also a Trustee for The National Youth Choirs of Great Britain.

Maddie Castell, Director

I joined RDMR in May 2019 after a decade at the BBC publicising the corporation’s classical output, including BBC Radio 3, the BBC Proms and BBC classical television. My previous roles include leading the publicity for Warner Classics and as Press and Promotions Manager at EMI and Virgin Classics.

At RDMR I work closely with Rebecca on all aspects of the business including managing the day to day running of the office and team, as well as securing new work. I lead on up to 10 clients and love the challenge of developing and shaping their public profiles.

I studied music at Manchester University and am very proud of our work at RDMR in communicating the power and importance of music to as wide an audience as possible.

Ella Murphy-O’Neil, Digital Content Officer

I joined RDMR in 2023 after working in the marketing and digital departments at the Edinburgh International Festival.

I love creating entertaining, engaging and educational digital content for clients, especially pieces that highlight unique experiences for audiences. I work alongside RDMR's artists and organisations to create digital and social media content that tells fun and interesting stories. Additionally, I manage RDMR's social media platforms, amplifying client assets to gain the most exposure.

When I'm not attached to my phone, I love a good book, attending gigs of all genres and delving into creative projects across a bunch of mediums including textiles, watercolour and film.

Grace Filmer, Press Officer

In 2022, I joined RDMR as Press Officer following work with the Royal Opera House, Welsh National Opera, BBC Cardiff Singer of the World and BBC Young Musician.

At RDMR, I manage artists and organisations, collaborating closely with the team to develop effective media strategies. Within my role, I particularly enjoy navigating the strategic aspects of communications and working closely with my clients.

I read Music at Cardiff University, specialising in musicology and composition. Currently, I am pursuing a Masters in Cultural and Critical Studies at Birkbeck, University of London, where I combine my interests in gender studies, social issues, music, and literature.

Flora Davison, Press and Content Officer

I joined RDMR as Press Assistant in 2021. Now, as the Press and Content officer, I manage a number of clients, working closely with Rebecca, Maddie, and Ella to develop both traditional and digital media strategies. I also help manage RDMR’s social media platforms, lead on all YouTube-related activity, and assist in the day-to-day running of RDMR. I particularly enjoy discovering creative ways to tell our clients' stories.

I read music at the University of Birmingham, including violin at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, and have performed at Snape Maltings, Cadogan Hall and Latitude Festival. I particularly enjoyed composing for The Hermes Experiment and Birmingham Contemporary Music Group.

Rhiannon Turton, Press and Digital Assistant

I joined RDMR in December 2023 as the Press and Digital Assistant. In my role I support the team with day to day tasks, distribute the press cuttings to our clients, and assist the team with social and digital activities. I have always had a love of communicating ideas to people and as the Press and Digital Assistant I enjoy helping assist the team in connecting clients with audiences.

I studied music at the University of Manchester, specialising in composition and performance, and continue to compose and write songs in a variety of genres. When not working you’ll often find me absorbed in a book or catching a show at the theatre.

Justin Luker, Operations Director

The role of Operations Director is multifaceted and I am very much behind the scenes, supporting the team and business as a whole. My working day can look quite different from one day to the next, whether it’s offering urgent IT support to team members, making sure our HR matters are in order, running payroll or issuing the very important invoices! I enjoy the variety that each day brings and get a lot of satisfaction from aiding the team, allowing them to concentrate on delivering a fantastic service to our valued clients.

When not knee-deep in spreadsheets and contracts, I enjoy teaching people to learn to snowboard as a qualified snowsports instructor.
